Yes, we connect to your home’s exterior water spigot during service. This is an industry-standard practice for pressure and soft washing, and it ensures consistent water flow and pressure throughout the job. We always take care to use your equipment responsibly and leave everything as we found it. 

No, our cleaning process is designed to protect your property. Before starting, we prepare and pre-rinse surrounding grass and plants to prevent any potential damage. The house wash solution we use is mixed at a safe, low strength — strong enough to clean your home effectively, but not strong enough to harm your lawn or landscaping. 

No, you don’t need to be home as long as we have access to your water hookup and any areas being cleaned. We’ll text or call when we arrive and again when the job is complete.

We recommend washing your home once a year to prevent buildup of mold, mildew, and organic growth. Homes in shaded or humid areas may benefit from a cleaning every 8–10 months. 

If possible, please move smaller items like doormats, flags, or potted plants away from the cleaning area. We can help move heavier items if needed, and we’ll make sure everything is left in good condition after the job. We also request the driveway be clear of vehicles to allow space for our equipment.
